A complete waste...
Got the Dell 3189 open, removed the old, put in this thing. The battery connector was a difficult fit, but it finally press fit onto the pins. But the laptop wouldn't charge. Opened it up again and tried to reseat the connecter, and it pulled right off in my hands. I peeled open this battery to see if I could re-solder, but the metal pins had sheared right off at the previous solder points, and was dangerously close to the cell for the heat. I may salvage the packs for other electronics, but this thing was a waste of time and money. I'll be buying a real battery pack next time: OEM.Unable to tell how long the battery life is.
