Does it stick well enough to create a permenant repair or does it peel off too easily?

It is not strong enough for repairs. It acts more like a transparent, matte washi tape than anything else.

I originally bought the black dispenser, some years ago. I bought a set of three scotch magic invisible tapes from Amazon, which fits nicely in my dispenser.

will this leave a mark on walls like ble tak?

Sorry, haven’t tried it on walls but it might be hard to peel off. Can possibly try it in an inconspicuous spot and see but then you’re probably inquiring to know whether or not you want to purchase it.
