What is there to stop me from just taking it off and going back to sleep?

In my experience, it absolutely does. If you set the shocker on high enough, you are guaranteed to wake up. I experience my heaviest sleep in the morning, about when I should be getting up- Im a huge night owl, so I don’t get as much sleep as I should. I set it to 75% once, and it was an unpleasant experience but *definitely* woke up. Which is what I need. Now, I set it to 50% and that’s enough for me. I can’t imagine not feeling awake if you set it to 100%.

I heard this thing can help you stop eating out, is that true and if so how does it do that?

I looked up this watch online and I came across one that I believe is from this company and it was a shock watch but instead of alarm it was for eating. Basically what I read is it shocks you when it senses your hand by your mouth

I have no idea why there are terrible reviews. This thing is awesome. it is the ONLY thing i've found that will actually get me out of bed. Does it hurt at 100%? absolutely. it is very uncomfortable. and going off in 15 seconds intervals - is very annoying. The app is simple to use and it works. you will have to remember to charge it. i've been using this for 3 years (this is my second one. i lost my first one) and can honestly say that it has never failed to go off and scare the ***** out of me to get out of bed.
