When you don't want to use a ladder (or can't), this is brilliant! Easily covers a large area and is solid enough for good control. Even for doing a large area at floor level it gives a really quick coverage. Used mine for high point at apex of house outside. Did the job easily, no ladders. 👌

Roller was delivered quickly and well packaged. It's ok for the price, after reading some of the reviews I had electrical tape ready in case I needed to secure the roller once extended and need it I did. As soon as the roller touched the ceiling, it slid down the pole, but once I'd wrapped it securely with tape it was fine. Roller isn't the best quality but ok for the price and it did the job.

Nicely rigid pole . Initially very difficult to extend and had to clamp one end in a vice so I could twist the extension pole to release it. Then, once extended and locked, it almost straightaway slid back again so I extended it and taped the joint area with insulating tape. This solution worked fine. The roller was firmly attached.

Whilst painting a ceiling is still hard work, using this extending pole makes it a lot quicker to complete the job as no going up and down the step ladder and moving it around.I am very glad I purchased this!

Having bought a similar item with a very reputable name and found it collapsing frequently, I thought it was worth trying this one. Although it's a little more expensive it is worth every penny! I have now completed painting my stairwell without having to balance precariously on steps. Love it!

Great length and usability. I found that the roller it came with made it really difficult to paint the ceiling. I even went back to painting with the small handheld but once I switched the roller to a better one it was perfect.I did find that the roller pops out if you use too much pressure and the extendable pole loosens during rolling so you do need to tighten throughout your paint job.But overall a decent bit of kit to get the job done, I would however definitely suggest having a back up roller for more even and smoother paint distribution.

I used this to paint walls and ceiling and it did an excellent job. Once or twice the telescopic pole tried to move, but I twisted it back on and had no trouble. Good roller too, so I didn't need to use a substitute.
