We first discovered these whilst on holiday in Canada in June, and everyone uses them over there. They are a brilliant creation, which can be used directly on top of gas BBQ's. They protect the food from burning and ensure thorough cooking and flavour retention. Well worth the money.

Look like they will be one of the better gadges for a bbq.

Die Grillmatte - eine haben wir erst mal probiert - hat ihren Zweck voll und ganz erfüllt: nichts klebte fest und die Spülmaschine hat das Aprés-Grillen erledigt. Sogar empfindliches Grillgut wie Fischfilet war saftig und knusprig zuzubereiten. Das nächste Mal versuchen wir es mit Gemüse. Eine feine Art zu Grillen!

ma da non crederci la comodità di questo tappettino è strabiliante..la cottura risulta croccante in superficie e morbida e succolenta dentro,le verdure e la polenta vengono sublimi con tanto di righe della griglia anche bistecche costata salsiccie, pesce ecc...,,vietata la cottura di pancetta stesa e costa a meno che non abbiate una griglia unpò in pendenza così da far scivolareilgrasso.. finito ilproblema di grattare prima o dopo la griglia anche dopo due soli pezzi di carne ftti cuocere...con questo meraviglioso tappettino, dopo raffreddato si passa con una spugna sipuò usare anche qualche detersivo sciogligrasso...un minuto è pronto per nuove grigliate....e la griglia? non ce più niente da fargli...solo accendere il gas....eccellente

Después del primer uso estoy muy contento. La barbacoa ha quedado mucho más limpia y la carne ha quedado tan buena como antes. Si de verdad se puede usar muchas veces, habrá sido una gran compra. Muy recomendable. También las he usado como base para poner pizzas al horno.

Nous avons un BBQ Weber à gaz. Et bien sûr, les aliments ont tendance à accrocher sur la plaque et la grille. Durant l'une des dernières utilisations, nous avons tenté la cuisson de lamelles de courgettes et d'aubergine. Cuisson totalement ratée car elles sont littéralement restées scotchées à la plaque malgré l'utilisation d'huile !!!! 😔 J'ai trouvé les Tapis de Cuisson Haute Qualité de Twinzee... j'ai passé la commande en me disant : "on verra bien,..." L'envoi à été super rapide, article commandé après mon BBQ raté, commande réceptionnée pour le BBQ du week-end suivant !!! Et là sans exagérer, les Tapis de Cuisson Haute Qualité de Twinzee sont magiques. Aucun aliment n'adhère au tapis (magret de canard, saucisses, légumes en tranches, même les maquereaux et autre poissons,...). C'est génial !! S'il faut donner un seul petit bémol : c'est qu'il est indispensable d'utiliser une pince avec bout en silicone pour éviter de rayer les Tapis. Côté nettoyage : assez facile (éviter le lave vaisselle qui ne les nettoie pas complètement, utiliser plutôt liquide vaisselle et éponge). C'EST UN PRODUIT QUE JE RECOMMANDE SANS HÉSITATION !! ☺👍

Dopo 2 settimane di utilizzo devo dire che funzionano bene soprattutto cucinando verdure e pesce, veramente funzionali ed il bello che si possono mettere in lavastoviglie
