Nice little model which is easy to construct
Nice little model which is easy to construct. Pity the diagrams in the instructions aren't more comprehensive but that's not the sellers fault.

Very hard work
The instructions cover one side of an A4 sheet of paper. There are three exploded diagrams and 26 written steps on it. I know nothing about trains, so I found the instructions lacking. The kit is not delivered in a box, but in a bag. Many of the pieces were no longer connected to the sprues, which made it quite difficult to identify them. The plastic was very soft, and there was a lot of flashing. Some of the pieces were slightly warped and I had to use Plasto filler to fill in some gaps. Some of the pieces did not fit cleanly with others, so it was possible to introduce mis-alignments. On the completed model, I tried very hard to make the wheels turn, but I failed. I have written some clearer instructions for myself, in case I try to make a working model in future. Eventually, I managed to produce a cute little engine that the grandchildren liked, but I think it was my least successful model so far. Part of the problem was due to my ignorance of steam trains, but I think better instructions could have made the experience much more fruitful.

Look good
When I start to build it will be a pleasure to build it as it look as good as the real train.

Pug
Great model. Why have the makers stopped numbering the parts? Instructions are in small print.

quality but not easy to construct.
This kit was quite difficult to construct, there were many tiny pieces and I have to admit I gave up! I'll paint it rusty and make a feature of it as a worn-out redundant loco sitting around in the goods yeard or somewhere. They are excellent kits, don't be put off but you do need patience and skill to make them.
