Great Model
As other reviewers have pointed out the nose wheel is on the wrong way round. However, if you push it to the it's side it will break easily, and can then be glued back. I am actually amazed at how well priced this model is.Would have loved to have got a Vulcan in its Anti-Flash white livery designed to reflect heat from a nuclear blast, but this later livery does look good, and is accurate to XH558. This model of XH558 is of an aircraft based at RAF Waddington in the 1960s, part of the Scampton Wing. It has the City of Lincoln coat of arms on the tail fin, as did the original. I have cadet camp group photo in front of XH558 so really pleased to get this model as a memento.Would mention the seller is excellent. Have used before, model is securely packed, and delivery quickly.

Nice model
Really nice model, the size is pretty decent for the price plus you get a bonus magazine all about the Vulcan. It was bought for a present and the recipient really loves it.

Lovely Model & perfect Birthday Present
Our young 5yr old grandson was staying over and while he and i and i were in the garden last year an Avro Vulcan came into view and seemed to give us our own personal fly past display. My Grandson was in awe of this beautiful gentle giant slowly and majestically flying past on its side in the clear blue sky. Later when we went into the house he asked me to find some pictures for him on the net. This was the start of his growing interest in Aircraft and so for his 6th Birthday i sourced this lovely model. He was thrilled to pieces with it and couldnt wait to tell his parents and friends. Although it is not a toy it is very solid and heavy enough for a child of his age to play with. Now when he is not playing with it it takes pride of place on its stand in his room.

The Vulcan Bomber is a fantastic looking plane
The Vulcan looks great on its stand, but unfortunately the front wheel has been put on the wrong way round, the wheel is designed to fold back into the fuselage the model has it folding forwards, as the back wheels do, giving the look that the front wheel is too far back.

Good Value for Money Avro Vulcan B2 Diecast Model
For the money this is a really nice quality model. The detailing is very good as is the wrap around Camoflague paintwork. The undercarriage in the down position, is somewhat less high quality but effective enough to give the impression the aircraft is just taking off or is just about to land. Even the wings leading edge has that special scooped profile which is found on the Real Avro Vulcan B2 Bomber. The model comes with a nice black plastic inscripted display stand. All in all a nice, well made model which is worth the £20 pricetag.

Brings back memories....
1973. On camping holiday in glen west of Dalmally with wife and small child less than a year old. I decided to walk to Dalmally with wee fella and of we went while her in doors caught up with sleep. As I pushed the the pushchair along lad was taking an interest in the patterns of the spiders webs cover in moisture as there had been a heavy dew. I became aware of a barely audible sound of some kind but from what I did not know. As I turned to my right to look round I got a mighty shock as there before me was a Vulcan flying down the river very slowly. Turned the pram and we both waved madly and got a return wave from the pilot. This thing was just higher than the road I was on. As it reached the end of the glen the loud paddlel was applied and we along with everything else shook with the power from the plane. Wife did not get much sleep.....

Delighted- Great Quality and Extras
Very robust and solid, exactly what I hoped for ..and a beautiful Vulcan Bomber magazine. This is a gift for my 90 year old Uncle to go with the Vulcan XH558 certificate and name engraved on the underwing of the actual aircraft. Delighted with this purchase plus it came from Poland, wonderfully boxed and protected together with another magazine showing all the models available...and a free Japanese soldier. All in all a great giift..can't wait until they do ships of the Royal Navy ( big market) . Well done Steve.
