These are great, give me a great energy boost for instense exercise and a much better price than in the chemist! They're delicious, you don't swallow them you chew them up.

I work shifts and I take some at the end of my night shift or when about to drive home tired. I find they give me a mental boost I need to drive 50 miles safely.

I am a diabetic type 1, and these are great for a quick fix. To buy these at a supermarket it would cost you a £1 a pack, i think these work out at around 60p a pack... bargain
