This is the second version of our Venum BJJ Contender GI. It is stronger and more comfortable than the previous model. Made from 100% Pearl Weave cotton, the jacket offers perfect stability and comfort. With reinforced seams. The collar is reinforced with EVA foam to protect handles and help you confront the attacking opponents. The pants are made of 100% cotton and reinforced on the inside of the legs and around the ankles. Review: Belt not included - Although I sent this item back it was due to me being chunky and not fitting in a a3 lol Really nice gi good quality loved the colours arrived fast and returns were simple would recommend the only thing I would like to say if you are buying this to start your bjj or ju jitsu journey this doesn't come with a belt Review: Light resistent good to compete but logo too large. - Light, got a A3 size and fits well, wash on cold water to check if it shrins first. Seems resistent whilst is light, good for competition when you need a light weight Gi. The logo on the back is too large, you can cover it with your gym patch.

Looks great, and is comfortable. Fitts well everywhere but slightly high under the arm. Durable, heavyweight material. Great value.

I wouldn't say it's a bad gi, but not a great one either
I wouldn't say it's a bad gi, but not a great one either. The fit is what I like the most. A2.5 is perfect for me, I'm 1.84m in height and weigh 83 kgs. The quality of the materials is a bit lacking in my opinion, for around the same price I got a Tatami gi which is way better.

Great gi, did not let me specify the size when I ordered but ended up getting lucky and getting the correct size for me (A2).

Washed and worn many times, has held up well. The fabric is a little less stiff than my husband's other gis. Beware the color when washing!
