I was pleased to try this 'Bulk Vitamin K2 Tablets, 75ug, 30 tablets'. I have been taking a K2 supplement along with Vitamin D3 recently because I had heard that it helps the D3 absorption, or something like that. 1. You get a metal cannister, with a twist off lid. Underneath the lid is a security seal that you remove. 2. Inside are 30 small white tablets, where the dose is one tablet per day with food. 3. Each tablet contains 75ug and the 30 tablets give you one months supply. 4. The tablets are easy to take, being small. I have had no adverse reaction while taking them. 5. They are made in Poland and the best before date is 09/2024. 6. The current price of £3.49 seems fine, in my opinion.
