So far so good! I got the blue raspberry and it literally taste like kool-aide lol I don't see any changes right now. I'm in the loading stage (4 scoops a day for a week). No stomach issues, and no jittery feeling. 💪🏽

Very happy with recent purchase and have already more in a larger size. Improved muscle volume and a considerable mental cognitive enhancement. I could easily tell the difference the couple of days I was out of the product before more arrived. Mixes extremely well and has no taste.

I love this product, but the blue raspberry flavor tastes absolutely disgusting! I’m barely able to get it down it’s so bad! I’d recommend getting the unflavored kind.. which I did..

It has recovery in it your bcaas I'm assuming, I did 2 weight training days in a row to test out the fat burner of this brand and the creatine together and over all I'm satisfied with both soreness is minimal after my workout my arms seem more firm, but that doesn't mean I didn't work hard enough the recovery was over night, I was sore barely could move last night after my workout so I say recovery time was quick. What else can I say, I would recommend mixing it with something, bc I'm not fond of the taste I put it in water with lemon juice, bc even know it says unflavored I taste a bitterness and the taste is a bit strong for me anyway, you get a decent fixed container only wish the fat burner had a bigger container and it was filled more but I will be purchasing that again as well, over all I like this brand and I'd recommend it if you are looking for some good Creatine or a fat burner/pre workout that actually works and works well.
