Good item
It does need a minute to practice how to mill but it works fine. It opens so it’s easy to wash.When cutting herbs just go both directions with twisting the handle, more clock wise but anti clock wise too. And it’s easy.Cool is just to mill above the saucepan while cooking or on the food on the plate directly.It looks a bit on a soft side but it actually not soft. I am happy with it.

Thinner metal than expected, otherwise great

Simply does not work.
First time use today, I wanted to shred parsley for a sauce. It was an waste of cash for me. The construction is thin pressed metal that twists and bends every time you turn the handle, if you rotate the handle clockwise the top comes off spreading the contents everyehere as it does not fasten securely, rotating it Anticlockwise sort of works but it hurts to hold it and you need an extra hand to press the contents down (not very safe!) or else the thing won't shred and the tines just rotate in empty space. My mum had one in her kitchen drawer and it was sturdily made and worked every time, a child could use it, this one is more of an ornament. TL:DR Its junk and I binned it.

It's light
It's really light... some might say flimsy, but certainly, if you have diminished arm strength you are going to be fine.The metal is really thin... I have some strong tin foil from sainsbury and I reckon it might be close.I have kept it - the seller has done nothing wrong, but I am scanning ebay for an old version of this tool that might be as robust as my last one...This design of herb chopper is excellent and I'm sure this will work... I just wish it felt a bit more robust.

Perfect for “herbs”
I was looking for a classic Mouli but found this to be perfect. Light and sharp enough blades to chop up your “herbs” etc at just the right size. Works well with dried or fresh leaves

Excellent design
Almost as wonderful as my ancient tinned steel Mouli parsmint, dating from the 1960s. Identical design, but slightly coarser cut.

Replacement for old plastic one that wore out
Great tool, does the job of chopping up herbs as described by seller. Bought for replacement of old plastic one which just wore out after years of service. Cleans up easy due to being stainless steel. Ideal for Home preserving customers.

Herb mill
Have had one of these for many years but it had gone really rusty and unusable so bought this one . Am over the moon to have my herb mill back.
