I have suffered for over 40 years of significant pain and discomfort as a result of a car accident that left my right leg 40 mm shorter than my left leg. I have to wear specialist built up footwear to correct the leg length difference, but over the last 5 years there has been notable signs of wear on the outside of my right footwear. I have only been wearing this support for the last 2 days and I have already noticed a considerable easing of the long term discomfort that I have been suffering from. I am confident that the improvement will continue. I would highly recommend these for anyone else who is in a similar situation, the only caveat to this would be that you check with a medical professional that they are the right choice for your needs, I am very fortunate that I have an extremely competent Chiropractor that I have been seeing for over 25 years.

These have been so helpful. It is so difficult to find supports for under pronation, most products seem to be for the opposite! These have been a huge help, in tandem with figure 4 stretches, to reverse hip and knee and foot issues. It would be great if they made full foot size as these can slip, especially when you try to put your shoe on.

This product is well made but only gives limited relief if you have plantar fasciitis. It probably works well for heel support but it can move in the shoe which is irritating

Very happy with these. Bought them after suffering with pain in all the joints in my legs for the past few years and after about 10 days use almost all the pain has gone and I noticed a difference after 2 days using them. It's a huge improvement because there were days where I struggled to walk. I work on my feet, play football once a week and have a leg day in the gym. Weirdly the leg day didn't cause me any problems so my doctor suggested getting some corrective insoles and said that I'm probably walking/running using the outside of my feet... I mainly use them in my work boots but have used them in my football boots and haven't noticed them moving like some people have. Just be aware that they look like they're in the wrong way around when you use them the way I do but they are designed to work both ways.

Bought for plantar fasciitis. Slips inside shoe and put inside sock and minimal effect. Visited chiropractor and told to but specific shoes and a series of exercises. Will continue with these but not as impressed with them as I’d hoped.

Waste of money. Big disappointment. The concept is good that’s why I took the risk and I bought them. I over pronate, yes my ankles collapse towards the interior side of my feet. Why it doesn’t work? As other people mentioned: no support, it is too gel-like, it is gel I know, but far too soft and unstable (this is the main issue). The regular half insole ones are much better. They don’t solve the problem either but they give more support and doesn’t make it worse. Not for me. Someone could say, try them properly, get used to them. I don’t trust this material and if your feet muscles get used to even this weird angle/slope, what’s next? Change shoes and two problems instead of the current one I experienced. I am glad if it works for others. I could tell instantly they were not good! I tried them 3 or 4 times at home with different shoes... I would not leave the house wearing them. I probably will throw them away. I would return them if I could. The worst insoles I have tried in my entire life. And I use insoles in all my shoes and boots. I have used them since childhood and I am 42. I regret having bought them. How stupid I was believing this could work. Not for me! It’s simple, before buying this type of product make sure you can touch/feel the material to know the level of firmness, how solid they are, because after 3 months wearing them, they will collapse if they are like these ones, and if you don’t notice it is because you got used to them not because it didn’t happen. Also I forgot to mention these do not stick well to any shoes insole surface. I will continue using my old ones for now... I need a good pair.

I had been struggling with, what felt like, an ankle sprain. After realising the outsides of my shoe soles were wearing, I bought these. The difference is astounding! Not only did my ankle pain subside immediately but so did my knee pain and hip pain! Their high resistance, gelatinous material mean they don't slip and slide but you can take them out of one pair of shoes and use them in another without worrying about losing adhesion! I wear them in DM type boots and, in these, they do sometimes move forward a little but all I need is to lift my foot and wiggle a little and it slides right back! They also create a slight step in the middle bridge of the foot in some shoes which can feel a little uncomfortable at first but after 5 minutes of wear, I stopped noticing it. Again, this was only in some shoes, mainly those with a flat base. This is the reason I put 4 stars for comfort. I cannot express how much these have changed me life! I couldn't walk far before die to pain in the areas described earlier but with these, I have been on walks around parks and fields and gone home painless!!

Die Einlagen bieten eigentlich fast keinen Mehrwert. Die Ergonomie des Schuhs wird eher noch verschlimmert. Man hat überhaupt keinen richtigen halt mehr in den Schuhen. Der extra beworbene seitliche Halt und damit eine korrekte Belastung der Füße trifft überhaupt nicht zu. Zudem verrutschen die Einlagen bei jedem Ausziehen der Schuhe. Die einzige positive Eigenschaft ist, dass die Sohle und damit der Gang "weicher" wird. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich nach der kurzen Zeit noch nichts sagen.

Ich hab mir die Einlagen in der Größe Mittel gekauft, bei einer Schuhgröße von 40-41 hätten sie passen sollen, sind aber etwas schmal. Das merkt man aber kaum weil ich sie unter einer schuhsohle trage damit sie nicht verrutschen. Man kann sie aber auch so einlegen, bei mir verrutscht da nichts weil es ja silikon ist. Ich denke die sind ganz OK, ich merke schon einen Unterschied wenn ich sie trage. Waren auch innerhalb von einem Tag da, leider in einem riesigen Paket, das kam aber von Amazon und nicht vom Händler.

Love it I need to buy more so I don’t have to keep taking it b out of my shoes. Don’t buy only one if you like changing your shoes all the time.
