A decent buy
The flour, though a brand I have not seen before, turned out a good quality bread. Would definitely buy this flour again. The fresh yeast is good ... BUT ... the seller uses Royal Mail. In my delivery, despite the box clearly being marked fresh produce by the seller, Royal Mail kept it a day longer than the expected delivery date and then, when they did deliver it, left it in the foyer of our building without even telling us that it had been delivered. How long it had been there is anyone's guess (and, yes, I was in, it was simply that Royal Mail did not even bother to ring my apartment. Seller - use a delivery partner that is better!
