Best value and contains various different forms of collagen. I started taking 5-20g a day, plus 600mg hyaluronic acid twice a day to help my osteoporosis and spinal disk degradation and have had very significant improvements in daily quality of life from lower back pain since about two weeks after beginning these. I also take liposomal vitamin C because you need vitamin C to build collagen. If you're on a tight budget, a pot of this will go a long way. As a bonus, my skin looks great. I also really like that it's 98% protein on the nutritional information chart so, unlike a lot of brands, you're not loading up on extra carbs. It does have a very slight fish smell to it but the taste is pleasant, mild and ever so slightly sweet, and if you put it into a little fizzy drink then it fizzes up and dissolves quickly (can be tricky if you're trying to dissolve more than 5g at once, so you might need to stir it if you hate lumps). I would say it's very good. Glad I bought it. Definitely worth buying some to try out and decide whether collagen supplementation helps you.

I was reluctant to write a review in case the reviews cause this collagen powder to be in such high demand that I won't be able to get it! Suffice to say I am very pleased with this product. It helps my skin remain clear (history of adult acne and sensitivity) and best of all helps with my aging related joint pain and suppleness. No flavour and has the usual collagen powder smell which confirms its genuine. Great sourcing of ingredients too. Overall I'm very pleased.

People who complain about taste must be deluded to think something containing various bits of animal won’t taste of animal. I have compared this to the other brand “brave and..” and it taste the same. I prefer this as it has type 2 for cartilage. If it works Great but don’t know yet . But with coffee or tea and bit of sugar can’t taste that much. You can taste it a bit without the sugar. Add it to soups or rice dishes, milk shakes etc.

Delivered yesterday, mixed it with coffee, the taste is great, dissolves easy, comes in a big tub and I could not smell it at all. I believe it will deliver what it says on the pack. I had been using the one from USA which had similar ingredients which was great though comes in a small tub but thought I should try the golden standard to compare the results.

I've been taking this collagen for 2 years now and it does work. Just like everything give it time Is anyone able to tell me though as I've just only thought now if 2 scoops of this daily is enough? As I read the accurate serving is 3 scoops?

Hard to mix in water and it doesn't taste as bad as some of the other brands. However, this could be a bad thing as maybe its not as potent? I feel like collagen powder should always taste terrible and the fact that this one is not too bad worries me.
