No. This is a U.S. 110v AC cord and outlets.

Is this a certified product? ETL or UL listed? Not just the cord but the entire product?

The actual box has the etl mark.

How tall? Has to slip under a couch.

I received this item due to a glitch or mistake somewhere, because what I thought I was ordering was the TESSAN surge protector power strip with 5' cord, so I have already returned this MIFASO one. However, I do remember that it was thicker than the TESSAN, which is only 29mm. So, making a wild guess from that fact, the MIFASO would be say, possibly 3.3mm? Which would be1&5/16 inches. Keep in mind that the 2 TESSAN versions that I now have do not have plug holes on their sides, so they are probably not what you would want, anyway, considering that your plugs would add to the height of what goes under the sofa. In contrast, as you know from the picture, the MIFASO does have side hole, making it the better candidate for you. I hope someone else can give you an exact measurement.
