Great mop so far. So easy to use & the floors dry quickly. However, only after a few washes one of the plastic clips on the first sponge came off!!! Good job more than one sponge is provided! So finger's crossed the other two sponges last longer, otherwise not so good value for money!!!

It worked well initially, but became increasingly difficult to squeeze all water out as I needed my strength to slide sponge to bottom of pole to fully compress. My wife , no wimp as a former movement and dance teacher, couldn’t do it. After several attempts the plastic plugs would not fit in as not robust enough, so can’t get all moisture out.Although it’s over 30 days old, Amazon have agreed to refund. Thanks.Putting it simply, it’s not up to the job
