Only lasted a few months of daily use - hydraulic fluid started to leak

Good product at a good price. Do check the bolts are done up properly regularly as I found one of them worked loose and needed to be tightened up. Really easy to use and does its job well.

This item is great, I love it. It's not big and bulky yet is solid for a good leg burn workout. Resistance on the steps is a good median though can not be changed. Looked at afew options before deciding on this one and am happy with my decision.

Well despite the order tracker - saying it will arrive tomorrow my new stepper actually arrived yesterday evening - which is good.I have had a mini stepper machine in the office for the past twenty plus years - a Dynamix - its had a lot of use, but the pneumatic cylinders are leaking and recently it's develop a squawking screech as it is used and no end of cleaning and lubrication has been able to fix it, RIP old stepper you have served me well!!! If the new machine lasts half that time it'll be doing good.So the new machine is all shiny and new and stealthily quiet - it arrived fully assembled - but as suggested I checked that all fasteners were tight before first use. After about 6,000 steps, I noticed that the righthand pneumatic cylinder was starting to 'wheeze' a little, looking down the right hand pedal was moving slightly laterally during its up/down motion, closer examination revealed that the plastic cover and associated washers and fasteners were loose. I re-positioned the washer and tightened the fastener - leaning heavily on allen key, I did the same on the left hand side to. 10,000 steps later there is no sign of the fastener coming loose again but its something to watch out for.The big difference between the old and new machine is the the old machine allowed the the height of the stepping motion to be altered - the new machine does not have this facility and the step position is much higher - however this makes the new machine much more flexible - because I can do repetitions of fast small steps followed by slower larger steps without stopping to adjust the machine.The counter works perfectly, it counts double steps so if your used to using a phone walking app or a fitbit then the counter will only show half the number of steps you are expecting - which can be a little disconcerting at first, as you start to feel the burn and wonder why the number of steps is so low! A comparison of the different devices step machine counter 550 (1100 actual steps), Fitbit 1050 and Samsung phone app 1080 - all good for me!The instruction manual is total rubbish apart from the drawings of the machine the words in 3 languages are totally generic - a complete waste of paper.First impressions: a little disappointed with the build quality - but the machine action is very smooth and oh so quiet - and it delivers a good work out!

Arrived on time. good quality. couldn't ask for more. Bare in mind you need to get the full range of motion almost to count the steps properly.
