After I bought it the comments made me question things for a bit.. however, after careful inspection it's pretty neat! It's made of aluminum so it will stain similar to a water kettle tho, so some vinegar and warm water will flush out the stains, also if it does leak I noticed at the base there's a drainage hole.. They really thought of everything for this piece. Affordable and delicious! Perfect for a desk space and or even on the road!

I bought this for my office, and I absolutely love it. It is so quick and keeps espresso warm so you can come back for more. Easy to use and fast. Plus it is adorable. I also bought the matching coffee grinder. Love it so much I want to buy another one for my home.

Honestly was so excited to use this, it was so cute. I used it, and was extremely disappointed. It only uses about half amount of the water inside so your ratios are way off. I tried it for an entire week, trying different variables and nothing made it work… might at well just get a regular stove top one.

Esta muy buena lo apenas la tuve la estrene, lo que la pedí de color negra y llegó blanca pero por lo demás la recomiendo.

What an awkward machine this is - the base doesn't auto shutoff when the maker is lifted up (didn't realize how much I'd miss that feature, as I've left the base on for hours without realizing it), the switch to begin brewing is the opposite of what I've come to expect from other similar makers (in that your switch it away from the light not towards it to begin the brew), the carafe and it's rubber seal frequently come apart during hand washing and the handle sticks out a fair distance from the body so that one-handed operation isn't physically possible for me (maybe I just have small hands?). All that said, it's better than nothing and the espresso itself is tasty and brews relatively quickly, under 10 mins for a full pot.Side note for anyone thinking of purchasing this for the Rae Dunn typography - don't. See my pictures of the writing already rubbing off after less than a month of use.
