This is my second mini pc from Beelink. Snappy little pc that is working great out of the box. However the pc box contained NO information or documentation about it. I have no clue how to contact the company, register the pc for warranty, etc. I am hoping a company rep contacts me in this issue. Its really a nice pc though!

Love this machine. It takes up no space and very little power. The cables are more of an issue than the PC. I've had no problems with it, running windows 11 and Zorin Linux. Just be sure to clean the dust off every so often. You have to go to the manufacturer to get the Windows license number though as they don't document it on the unit. Their user form is a good one.

I am really pleased with this mini PC. I bought 3 for myself and 4 for my church (where I am the IT support person) to replace aging Windows 10 computers. I am delighted with price, the speed and the capacity of these devices and with their tiny form factor.

My MiniPC is now bricked. It turns on, the fan spins, but there’s no video output from either HDMI port and no power to the USB ports. Rebooting, power cycling, and CMOS reset did nothing. I contacted Beelink support via the form on their website and received no response.

The computer is an upgrade from what I had but it's not exactly what I ordered. I bought this one specifically for the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics, as stated in the specs, but it shipped with an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 46B3 instead. As far as I know, all other hardware specs were met. Delivery was quick and on schedule. Setup was very easy, as Win 11 Pro comes pre installed. I signed in with my existing MS account and was up and running in no time. The unit handled running the system updates well, allowing me to do other tasks while it ran in the background. The build quality of the computer is good and I've not noticed any issues with overheating, considering there's a power supply in a small space. A USB C port on the back or side panel would have been welcomed, instead of only in the front. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. I would buy from the again or recommend to a friend. However, I'd be very reluctant to spend a good chunk of change with them, for fear of not getting exactly what I ordered. Admittedly, I didn't not reach out to the company, nor do I plan on it, to give them a chance to make good on this mishap. Lesson learned. To be clear, I purchased the Beelink EQi12 Mini PC, Intel Core i3-1220P (up to 4.4GHz)10C/12T, Mini Computer 24GB LPDDR5 RAM 500GB NVMe SSD, Desktop Computer Built-in PSU/Dual Display/4K60Hz/WiFi6/BT5.2/HTPC/Home/Office/W-11 Pro (New) UPDATE 11/5/25: I returned the unit because the integrated GPU just was not suitable for my needs. For example, when viewing 3D models within the printer's slicer it lacked the level detail that I need to see. My replacement computer from a different brand confirmed my discontent and now I have the level of detail that I need.

I had to jump through a bunch of hoops, but I did manage to build a custom ESXi8 ISO, find work arounds for the CPU and NIC compatibility issues and get ESXi8 installed and permanently mapped via DHCP using a USB NIC. Then I discovered that because the USB NIC for management uses the Fling package for the driver, it can't be passed through to a VM. The onboard Realtek NIC can't be used because the VIB with the driver isn't signed and can't be installed in ESXi8. The only other option to get a NIC that can be passed through to a VM is to try use a second USB NIC. I might be able to get that to work, but at this point I'd rather go experiment with ProxMox instead. Outside of that, it came with Windows and worked great for the minute I played with that before creating an image in case I want Windows back later. The hardware itself, BIOS, build quality and connections, etc all seem pretty good in terms of initial quality. I have an holder Intel NUC as well and although that is built a little better, for the price difference I'm happy with the Beelink.

Using this computer with a touch screen in the kitchen for recipes, playing music and movies, nothing else. Plenty of power for those needs. Would recommend using a de-bloating software to rid windows 11 of all the crap microsoft puts on the machine. Nice and small, i’ve attached it to the back of the monitor, it comes with a very short hdmi so you don't have a lot of extra cable. I wish it also gar a short usb-c instead of the long one. Great value for the money.

This is my first Beelink purchase and I'm very pleased with it. The design is small and in my opinion very attractive. It sits on top of my NAS as it's new brain for use as a jellyfin server. It's had no problem at all with any of the transcoding I've thrown at it, and I've thrown a lot at it while simultaneously running a cpu-z stress on the cpu and heaven benchmark on ultra 1080p. All of that at the same time. I tinkered with the fan curves a bit and while I like an aggressive fan the Temps on this thing will not exceed 71c doing all of that. Though a lot of people won't want their fan that loud, it's an option for someone like me that wants a lot of performance without heating my cpu up too much. The bios is wide open for messing around with whatever settings you would want and the beelink website has an Ubuntu download that I haven't tried yet but should prevent any potential driver issues if you prefered running Linux. The listing states that you may get a 2xhdmi instead of the listed hdmi+dp. This happened to me and I contacted Beelink who gave the promised partial refund right away. A couple of days later a lower price showed up on Amazon. Again I contacted Beelink who honored their price guarantee. I'm loving this mini pc and I'm really happy with Beelink support.
