Love this seasoning. Delicious taste without salt is a win for me. Use on meat, fish and vegetables. Bit costly but worth it as a little goes a long way.

Lovely alternative to salty flavourings. If you have high BP then these are definitely for you, and if you don't, they are still excellent in the kitchen cupboard. Would recommend especially if you can find them on offer.

This seasoning is the best I've used that's not salty. However I don't think I'll use it again. I feel the price is a complete rip off!!! Hence 3 stars

It’s tasty enough and lovely on jacket potatoes. I find I have to use a lot so it gets used up quite quickly. It’s better than using salt but a bit pricey for what you get.

I was looking for a no sodium alternative and when I saw this I thought to myself great! Flavours from herbs look like a good alternative with good reviews. So I bought a bunch of these Mrs Dashes in different flavours only to find out, when I was boiling chicken breast, that it does not do much for the taste but leaves a VERY STRONG ODOR that penetrates several rooms and stays for a few days. Very pungent. And very annoying. It shoots right up your nose. My pot still smells despite being cleaned multiple times and left with water and detergent to sit in it for hours. It is that strong. The taste however, is mild. Hardly a good salt substitute. I would NOT recommended it for cooking.

I’ve used it on everything from baked chicken to roasted potatoes, even sprinkled it on popcorn once, and it always adds flavor without me missing the salt. It is very versatile. The mix of herbs and spices feels balanced — nothing too overpowering, just a good all-around seasoning. The 2.5 oz size is convenient for the price, and since a little goes a long way, one bottle lasts longer than I expected. I’ve been using it several nights a week and still have plenty left. For under $3, the quality is surprisingly good, and it doesn’t taste artificial the way some cheap seasonings do. If you’re used to really salty food, it might take a little adjustment, but once you get used to it, this blend makes low-sodium cooking so much easier. Definitely a staple in my pantry now.

Just got out of the hospital with CHF. Needless to say salt must be removed from my new diet. This product gives excellent flavor with out salt. Terrific alternative. Would highly recommend.

Got this for my mom who has ckd. We are all now in a low sodium diet. I love the spices and it does not have MSG! We will be buying more! They have different flavors as well!
