Very well made and very good value for the price. We went looking at our local craft store for mattes and they were $17 a piece and we ordered these for the 8 frames we needed mattes for. They are exactly as described and are perfect for our needs. Easy to use, perfect thicknesses and functions as designed. Size is spot on.

Nice mat board, smooth and easy to cut. Only 4 stars because the "white" has a distinct violet tinge to it which can look a little weird with older prints that have yellowed a tiny bit.

I create artwork of various sizes, cutting my own mats is essential.

Board for framing or book binding. It’s better than regular bookboard and I find that appealing. You must back it though to increase its strength.
