Fiebing's Saddle Soap, 3.5 oz, Yellow

I both the Saddle Soap after another product almost ruined my new motorcycle short boots by darkening them after an attempt to remove a gear lever stain. The Saddle Soap removed the stain really well and I was delighted when it mostly removed the Leather Honey darkening (the product that darkened the boots) as well. It's a gentle cleaner, so needed a few applications, but first use took most of the stain out, with successive sessions getting the rest. Then when dry, a dose of Venetian Shoe Cream conditioned the boots to look new once more. Top quality stuff, highly recommended.

After reading up online for the best thing to clean my Red Wing boots, I ended up deciding Fieblings saddle soap was what I needed. Seems to have cleaned all of the old oils and wax that had accumulated on my boots, without changing the colour/staining them in any way. Only needs to be used sparingly, so the tin should last for a long, long time. Very easy to use and boots feel nice and soft after. Tin is quite small, about the size of a shoe polish tin but not bad value for money considering how many applications I should get from it.

Saddle soap is a must have for anyone who has any leather in their house. You can clean leather goods to the point they look new again. It makes the leather soft, supple and beautiful. So easy to use. I recommend this product to anyone who buys my Coach vintage bags.

I picked this up after watching a creator (Yoonie on Instagram) restore second-hand leather bags, and it inspired me to give my own well-loved pieces a proper clean. I could not find this anywhere locally and tried a different product first, which honestly did very little. Ordering this and some proper horsehair brushes was absolutely worth it. The difference is immediate. It lifts dirt so easily and really brings leather back to life - I had forgotten how beautiful some of my older bags actually were until I cleaned them with this. It feels less like cleaning and more like giving them a spa treatment. I follow up with leather conditioner, but even on its own this saddle soap gives impressive results. So far I have mainly used it on vintage handbags, but I will be using it on leather furniture next. Really pleased I bought it. If you enjoy caring for your leather pieces or want to revive second-hand finds, this works beautifully.

とりあえず洗剤のような感じで、小さめのブラシで擦るとかなり汚れが落ちたので満足です。その後の保湿も施す予定でしたが、しっかり保湿もされてたのでこれ一つで十分だと思います！
