I’ve been using the SanDisk 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. I used this drive to save and back up all my iPhone photos (with a Lightning adapter), and it worked great. The 256GB capacity is plenty for large photo and video libraries, and transfer speeds are noticeably faster than standard USB 2.0 sticks. I like the sleek metal casing, though it can get warm during heavy transfers. Password protection is a nice extra, but I mainly value the reliability and speed. Although this item is a trusted make and of good value it does me a little disappointed that it is labelled as 128GB, it is actually only a touch over 120GB. it reads as 123,047,215,104 MB where as at 1024mb per GB it should read 131,072,000,000 to be 128GB, a deficit of some 8,024,784,896 or 7.83 GB, and as we know, that is almost a double layer DVD or a BRD, a lot to lose in some cases. allowing for firmware it is still not close to the given size. apart from this niggle, it is a good product and if it proves as reliable as my other Sandisk 32gb and 64gb sticks I will be happy enough. The design and size of the item is good, it will be easy to carry around and is seemingly strongly made. The price is good for a disk of this size where a lot of smaller disks can be more expensive and not differ much in performance. It reads ok and writes ok, decent speeds on first test and no packet losses or faults. So 5 stars are deserved.

Nothing to dislike, works as advertised and is also quite quick for data transfer. Used to record from my Sony 4K HDR TV and it works perfectly, fast enough to not drop any frames in either direction, perfect for my requirements.

This flash drive is sleek, solid, and produces a solid performance. There is a speedy transfers, and no dramas while doing it. Pros: * Connectivity - It provides USB 3.0 - 150mbps speeds. This means transfers in both directions will be fast and noticeably more than USB 2.0 espcially on larger files. It will connect with all older USB 2.0 slots also. It connects and removes easily. * Tough build - Although offering no cap on the end, it seems to be very sturdy. Time has proven this to be true as it is my second purchase of one of these. * Colour - Just a personal preference of mine, but I like the sleek metal colour. Cons: * Warm termperatures - Some others have reported it grows hot with longer file transfers, but I haven't had any such issues. Summary: A simple no-nonsense USB FD stick. As a budget option it ticks all the boxes for me and gets 5 stars.
