I'm using it with a desktop PC AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor in a USB4 (USB-C) port. It's fast! The SSK thumb drive is formatted in exFAT and my Roku TV has no problem reading it. All good! But here are a few things I don't like: The plugs fit tight. I mean, really really tight. It takes a firm grip to push them in and remove them again - from any socket. This of course raises the concern that I'll either break the socket or break the plug. The metal casing is smooth and slick which makes it difficult to grip. A small textured design on the surface would have made this task easier. There is no cap for the opposite end so you'll always have one end exposed making it susceptible to dust and damage. The drive becomes noticeably warm within just a few minutes of use. However, no fires have started. 😊 I like SSK and have switched over to them from another leading brand that I had been using for years. SSK have proven reliable in the short time I have been using them. Their drives are well built and have survived being dropped on the hard floor. So far, happy enough with my purchase.

PERFECT value for the money!! i used this for my college photography class, and it held all my projects fine! i have a mac book, and apple products, and i absolutely loved being able to plug it into my phone, computer, ipad, whatever, then easily putting it in the printer with the other side. especially worth it since it’s so cheap, and other options are sometimes $50+ i was worried it wasn’t going to work, but it’s pretty fast and reliable.

I ordered the 256GB version, and it arrived very quickly, but that was the end of my being impressed with speed. The seller claims writing at 100MB/sec and reading at 200MB/sec. But what I found using f3read and f3write on my Mac M2 laptop using USB-C was 47MB/sec writing and 166MB/sec reading. The reading rate is tolerable (and demonstrates my computer's USB-C connection operates at a high speed), but the writing speed is less than half of what the seller claims. But there's also good news. While there are a lot of "no-name" brands that sell 8MB drives, for example, as having much higher capacity. I'm happy to report this device's capacity (256GB) is as advertised. (The actual capacity is 232.87GB, but that's normal for this industry. The difference between GB and GiB is lost on consumers.)

Solución muy útil para poder usar la memoria USB en todos los ordenadores y dispositivos. Yo usaba un adaptador en mi Surface y en mi Lenovo Yoga, pero esta solución es mucho mejor, más rápida y más segura. Esta memoria es de buena calidad y muy pequeña, fácil de transportar.

Sous CrystalDiskMark 9, la clé atteint 238 Mo/s en lecture séquentielle (SEQ1M Q8T1) et environ 180 Mo/s en écriture séquentielle, ce qui place ce modèle nettement au-dessus de la plupart des clés USB compactes à double connecteur. Les résultats sont cohérents, reproductibles et en adéquation avec l’interface USB 3.2 Gen 1 5 Gb/s. ValiDrive valide l’intégralité des 128 Go sans erreur, aucune incohérence de blocs, aucune anomalie ECC, ce qui confirme une capacité réelle et un mapping interne propre. USB Device Tree Viewer identifie le périphérique sous l’ID constructeur Asolid Technology. Le lien est correctement négocié en SuperSpeed 5 Gb/s sans fallback en HighSpeed, les endpoints Bulk IN et Bulk OUT sont correctement déclarés, le device descriptor est propre et aucun hub interne ne vient limiter la bande passante. La consommation reste dans les marges USB, signe d’un contrôleur stable et bien intégré. En charge réelle, le comportement est très bon. L’écriture d’un fichier non compressible de 30 Go se stabilise à environ 110 Mo/s d’écriture soutenue sur toute la durée du transfert, sans effondrement du débit. La lecture du même fichier prend 145 secondes, soit environ 212 Mo/s de lecture soutenue avec une courbe parfaitement stable. Ces valeurs confirment l’usage d’une NAND TLC rapide et d’un cache SLC correctement dimensionné. Aucun signe de throttling thermique n’a été observé malgré un boîtier entièrement métallique. Clé solide, rapide et techniquement cohérente. Pour ce prix, c’est un produit sérieux, performant et très compétitif, y compris face à des marques plus installées dans le domaine du stockage.
