T18-D16 Soldering Iron Tip Chisel 1.6x14.5mm (1.6mm)

Good quality, lasts a long time if you coat the tip in solder after use, no corrosion after several uses. Fits on both my different brand soldering irons and heats up very quickly. Not much more to say, it's a solder tip that does the job!

I'm always dubious about "genuine" items on Amazon, but this was a genuine product in an air-tight sealed bag, pre-tipped to limit any oxidation. The first use made me realise just how bad my previous tip had gotten - the solder flowed very easily. I used this on a basic Hanmatek SD2 soldering station and the tip fit perfectly

I bought this to replace the tip on my Worx battery powered soldering iron. It fits perfectly and the Hakko name is a sign quality. The tip is much slimmer than the original Worx tip. Thats great for fine soldering work.

I purchased a bunch of the official Hakko tips to get started with my Hakko soldering station. This tip(Hakko T18-D16) is the one which always remains on my iron. It's been good for absolutely everything i've done.

I got this because I needed to do some smaller solder joints but only had some conical tips on hand, which are terrible IMO. This seems to work perfectly; high quality manufacture, properly tinned out of the packet, takes fresh solder easily and works with compatible soldering irons. Maybe not intended for micro-soldering but it worked for my purposes.

I bought these as spares for my Hakko soldering iron. I am still using the first one I got and it has not had any issues or need for replacement but I wanted to have some spares just in case. An excellent product and quality every time!

Non-genuine soldering tips ("for Hakko") can be purchased cheaply on other online selling platforms, but these do not work well on the original Hakko stations due to the minor differences in shaft lengths and diameter. This one works PERFECTLY well.

This fits perfectly on my Hakko soldering iron. The quality of this tip is much better than any of the generic tips at hobby shops or on Amazon. This tip heats evenly and performs well while soldering. I have not seen much oxidation on this tip after several uses and I am very happy with its performance!
