Great look
Keeps all the beverages and the wine cold - Looks great because of the doors - You can't really see what is inside without the light being on - Not loud - Does however only go to 37* when the discription claims down to 35*

Bad compressor
I went through four of these because each one had a faulty compressor that would make a loud, shrill buzzer sound for a second about once a day. It’s so loud and startling that it reverberates through my whole house, sometimes waking us up when it happens at night or early morning. When it happened the first few times, I called Newair and was told that the unit must be defective. I also asked the Amazon buyer community and got similar responses. Unfortunately I had discarded the box and packaging it came with and the seller won’t let you return it without it. I was advised by the representative to order a new one and use the packaging from the new order to return the first one. The second one arrived and… same problem. I called Newair again and was assured that it was a defect and that I must have just been unlucky to get two in a row like that. So again I ordered a new one and returned the second defective unit. Well, I’m on my fourth one now and they all ended up having the same compressor issue and even though it’s super annoying, I’m keeping this because I’m tired of the order and returns and I can avoid the late night/early morning buzzers by using a smart plug that’ll turn the thing off at night. Remember that if you do decide to order this to keep the packaging for a long while. The fridges don’t start making the loud buzzers right away but take a few days of running before starting to make the noise. Once it does though it’ll be daily.

Beautiful but has a buzzer sound
Beautiful design but make a loud noise. Haven’t figured out what it is yet. I think when the compressor turns off the fridge makes a loud buzz noise. There are times the buzz is louder other than other times.

Fix for loud fan
After about 18 months one of the internal fans got very loud. I contacted the manufacturer and bought a replacement for about $25. Switching it out wasn't difficult--just six screws and a plug-in connector. You can buy a replacement fan on Amazon for about $12, see attached photo for the one I pulled out of the unit.

Cooling fans noise
There’s a noticeable humming noise coming from the cooling fans cycling almost all the time at 42 dB. When you consider that a quality cooling fans is approximately 17-20 dB this can be easily improved. That’s what I’m expecting to do. 42 dB is on the higher end for small appliance fans, especially in a quiet room. While 42 dB isn’t extremely loud, in a quiet kitchen or living area it can be noticeable.
