Easy to take

Taste is ok, but they seem to work well.
I got these because I ran out of a way more expensive product that is back ordered. First off, these don't taste great, but they don't taste bad either. These gummies have a very subtle effect. They make me feel calm but not sleepy at all. This is exactly what I need after several cups of morning coffee and it's hard to focus. If you want something subtle, then this may be for you. I'll keep these at my desk for those over caffeinated days.

Great idea, a bit of an earthy taste common to mushroom based supplements
I prefer to take my vitamins as gummies so I had to try this brain power blend. The gummies are a fine enough consistency but have a bit of an earthy mushroom taste. Mushroom based supplements are all the rage and I had hopes for this to help my brain be a little sharper, but I worry I won’t reach for these as often as I would because of the taste.
