Well, it's rated at 7.5. But it's best to see actual performance tests and results rather than rely on this. It is a good, strong thermal paste. Used it on an r5 5600 with precision boost overdrive with a thermaltake assassin cooler (at 60-80% speed, I don't remember) and the temps never went above 55c iirc on cinebench R23 multicore test, 10 minutes.
