Sriracha Style Hot Sauce 150ml - Chilli Mash Co - Vegan Chilli and Garlic Traditional Thai Sriracha Sauce with Scotch Bonnet Chillies

Excellent hot sauce, without too much vinegar like many others ive tried, great consistency without the nasty thickeners. Very balanced flavours without being too sweet, and has a good amount of heat, I've finally found a hot sauce that ticks all the boxes and has all natural ingredients. The price is a little steep but it's worth paying for the extra quality. I would describe the flavour as slightly smoky, with garlic and chilli notes with a nice amount of sweetness. If your looking for a natural, quality, hot sauce then look no further.

I’ve been impressed with all the Chilli Mash Co products I have tried and this sriracha hot sauce is no exception. It’s a lovely sriracha sauce that adds heat and flavour to your food. It has a two chilli rating so it’s not too hot which is how I have ended up using more than I expected. There’s only 150ml of sauce in the bottle, so it’s easily used up in the 6 weeks it recommends the bottle should only be open for. It’s quite expensive, priced at £5.95 (at the time of review), but the price is in line with other artisan hot sauces.

This hot sauce comes in a 150ml bottle. It has a twist top that can be easily removed. The neck of the bottle is smaller giving you good control over how much sauce you take out of the bottle. The hot sauce has a heat level of 2 chillies. However, I think this is alittle generous as the sauce isnt very spicy at all. Even though the sauce isnt very spicy, it is very delicious and really enjoyable to eat.

I loved this sauce; very fresh & clean ingredients. Tastes just delicious. It is on the strong side with garlic which personally doesn't appeal to me but some people love it. To me, it overpowers the rest of the lovely ingredients, because when you smell it, you get a Mediterranean feel & salsa type of sauce (but very high quality salsa). Also, a little bit of vinegar kick. Personally, I'd have preferred less garlic, but the garlic is not sweet (thank god!) . Taste is very fresh & very very nice. Ideal with BBQ & sausages for me. Also as a dip (with tortillas) instead of salsa. Due to the garlic, I couldn't have it with every meal. I wouldn't call this "hot" sauce but as Sriracha sauce goes, it's good. Sriracha sauce generally is supposed to be on the milder side which this is. It's quite mild.

This is a very tasty sriracha sauce that isn't too spicy, so can be enjoyed by most who like at least a bit of spice. The sauce is also quite sweet which I liked. The quality of the product is great, but a 150ml of sriracha for almost £6 is quite pricy, especially with how easy it is to get through a bottle that size.
