My vitamin d levels were very deficient and I was recommended this brand by a friend. I started taking them a year ago and have admittedly, skipped more than a few doses here and there. I went in for my annual bloodwork and my vitamin d levels were perfectly good! They are tiny and easy to swallow. I have trust in this brand and will order any other supplements from them.

Easy to swallow, no apparent side effects
