My Burmese has 'wobbly head' syndrome which is caused by chronic kidney problems. She's been on a 1ml dose (1 pippet) mixed with a couple of tblspns of tescos adult cat milk a day & her symptoms have markedly improved. Is now starting to be much more lively & back to her inquisitive self. Started her with half a pippet for the 1st few days, just to check there were no adverse reactions & to ease her body into it .

Good for renal cats - improves the appetite
Potassium improves the appetite of renal cats and mine tolerates the flavour. I give 2mls twice daily and noticed a difference in a few days. My cat is stage 3 renal failure so would recommend. Important to get potassium levels tested at vets first then 4 weeks later though.

DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS INACCURATE BY LARGE MARGIN
Do not buy this meter! I don't know why it is amazon's choice! It's so unreliable. The lancet pen keeps falling apart. I am a trained nurse and when I used it, I wasn't sure if there was enough blood but the machine showed 9.3mmols of glucose. As not sure I re-did it, 2nd sample 30 seconds later showed 23.3mmols. If there is not enough blood the machine should say error, NOT GIVE AN INACCURATE READING. DO NOT USE THIS MACHINE
