This stuff is amazing. The flavor is great and it starts working within a few hours. I usually drink one cup a day, never before bed unless i want to be up all night. The teabags are good quality and dont break easy when stirring or steeping.

I boiled water and then placed the tea bag in my mug and poured the boiling water in. I let the bag sit for 5 minutes, per instructions on the box, then pulled the bag out and let the tea cool down. This was at 10am. Nothing happened at all until a half hour ago (8pm). I have no cramping at all, just the feeling that I'd have to "go" soon. I sat on the toilet and 4 waves of diarrhea came roaring out. I was disappointed because I was hoping to have solid poops the first few times to really feel like I was clearing out. The diarrhea I had felt like my body just threw together whatever to evacuate. I will say though there was a piece of spinach in my poop. I had a spinach salad a week ago. So it is getting rid of things backed up in there. Only gave it 4 stars because it took 10 hours to work, and it feels like that's gonna be the only time I go. And my bumhole burns right now from the diarrhea. Which never happens so I gotta put it down to this tea.

Well, let me tell you now it does work. It does take at least six hours for it to kick in so if you’re planning on being out and about, do not take this. There’s nothing so special about this where you would say I need to go out of my way to get this cause it’s just like any other senna tea.

This tea will help you release anything you have backed up. For this price you’re really getting a steal. It’s easy to make. Let it steep for atleast 15 -20 mins before you use it. Then drink it. Make sure you drink it with water. It’s really easy after that. The tea quality is good and doesn’t have a bad taste. Be ready to use the rest room. Relaxing will come after. Well worth the money and the health benefits.
