Wear whenever I do any type of lifting. I carry 35-40lbs hay bales, 50 lbs feed bags and clean stalls. The brace supports my back. The pulls really cinch the brace to my back.

I broke my L2 and my 12th rib in a bad fall. I have mixed feelings about the brace. It's my first time breaking my back but I have broken many ribs but not that low. The brace has helped me remember that I shouldn't move as much but it isn't as comfortable as I would have hoped. In all honesty, I don't think any brace would be comfortable at this point. Definitely not made for a car ride but works well for walking slowly around. I am not a brace wearing individual but this does help me to not hurt myself worse. It is probably the most comfortable brace for an uncomfortable situation.

I have a multitude of low back problems including a herniated disc. This braces helped me tremendously, I’m now able to be up all day at work and not be in tremendous pain. My doctor prescribed the same brace and the DME provider wanted to charge me $600. Glad I found it on Amazon!

Great back brace. Could not have functioned without it. Very reasonably priced. I could not afford to get the recommended one through my doctor and my insurance so I opted for this one. It tightens up nicely and feels great. Super fast shipping.

My husband saw a man (customer) wearing this back brace in a local store and asked him about it, because he thought this model might help me who sometimes experiences severe back pain. The man was very pleased with it and said it had been recommended to him by his back specialist. So, we ordered it. The man was tall and broad, so the brace, proportionally, seemed to fit him well. When we received the back brace, we realized it was bulkier than we had remembered seeing it. For someone small, it might seem more like a piece of armor than a simple brace. It's rather heavy, too. We had a bit of difficulty figuring out how to adjust the size, at first, matching up all the velcro parts and the lacing. However, once we had adjusted to the proper fit, it was very wearable. It really holds the back well. I can wear it pro-actively around the house or in the yard, when there's physically challenging work. It's a bit difficult to bend over, with it on, however. Also, I wouldn't wear it if going out somewhere; its bulk makes it difficult to fit under and over clothing. Still, it was a good investment.

Had surgery on my back 3 weeks ago and this worked like a champ! Will definitely use for years if my back calls for it.

It won't stay together. It comes in to many pieces. Would not recommend

I ordered it at my surgeons request and told to wear it at all times I was not sleeping Had surgery on 30 August the belt started to fall apart on the 31st the very neat day. very poorly constructed but have to wear it until I find a replacement!
