Neat dice, poor quality
I ended up purchasing two sets and after owning them for a few weeks now I think they look neat but they have extremely poor quality. One set has 2 dice that don't sit properly in the charging case so they don't charge the other has some dice that don't easily light up when rolled.Update seller reached out and offered replacement/upgraded dice they charge wirelessly instead of requiring the dice to be perfectly aligned to charge. The upgraded dice seem to be better

Customer Service Win
The media could not be loaded. I couldn't find my last review, but I'm bringing this up to 5 starts from 3. My D4 didn't light up. After speaking with customer service, I was immediately shipped a new D4. I couldn't be happier. Great product!

They’re cool, but
They’re cool but it’s only a four out of five because the D4 does not light up. I made sure it was on the charger properly and it’s not working.

Perfect Husband Gift
I got a set of these for my husband to enjoy while gaming. He Instantly LOVED them! they ar super cool and light up beautifully. They feel a bit light, but that hardly matters as you see everything start to glow. They only light up when you shake, and for a short duration after rolling. KEEP THE INSERT CARD that comes with the charging case. It will help you map out where and how to put your dice back in to recharge.

d4 not charging, flickering charge indicator
Purchased: blue rechargeable dice (~$30)Problems first (other/good later):The charging mechanism for these dice involves pressing the die into two charging pins in the case, which is an efficient way to charge them. They are pressed into the pins with the lid, which has a dense foam to keep from damaging your dice. This works great for dice presenting a flat surface to the lid, but the d4 is a point. This causes a deep indentation in the foam above the d4 (you can even see it on the advertising pictures). In my case this causes the d4 to not engage with the charging pins well enough.I fixed it by gluing a small piece of felt above the d4 - I don't want to add this to a landfill pile, or wait for a replacement - but this seems to be a design flaw and will probably happen again. The charging indicator has a frankly impressive presentation: in bright light it looks like red paper with no wash out, in dim light you can tell it's a glowing LED. Unfortunately the circuitry behind the indicator seems fairly unsophisticated - when the dice are getting close to full, or if there is a connection issue, you will get rapid flickering between green and red. Not in a deliberate "there's a problem" fashion either. I question how well the charger is controlling the charge: a poor charger will significantly reduce the lifetime of Li-ion batteries. The light fill is not great on the dice: you will get dark and bright light spots. For example, the d20 has a bright 20 side, but a very dark 8 side. It is unfortunately not deliberate - the lower illumination doesn't follow the value of the sides (which would have been really neat).Activation is fairly consistent - the d20 always lights up on a roll, the d4 and d6 have both failed sometimes, and the d10 and d% also have had a misfire. The blue breathing glow looks good, and the dice are quite readable in a glowing or non-glowing state.Dice weight is light (they are hollow, so expected) and the case feels nicely sturdy.Overall I am satisfied with the dice. The advertising from the seller ZHOORQI was fairly representative, so I was not surprised by the weight or light fill. They receive a 3-star "average" rating for the d4 charging design flaw and the suspect charging circuit - not outstanding, but not garbage.

Cheap. Barely worth the gimmick.
- lights strobe in a weird pattern, and are not well placed inside the dice. This leads to dark spots and inconsistent lighting.- the plastic feels very cheap and almost even rickety- the charging case is super fiddly when trying to get them in correctly, and isn't even consistent with what number faces up or the direction it's oriented (some are the highest number, some are just a random number, the 20 needs to be upside down, etc.)- the light on the charging case only indicates that the case itself is charging, when not plugged in, there's nothing to indicate it's charging the dice correctly. The dice themselves don't light up or otherwise indicate that they're charging- I very much doubt that they're anywhere near balanced from my time using them- the d6 is completely non functional out of the box. I've had it on the charger for several hours- I knew that it was likely that most light up dice would probably be all gimmick and otherwise useless. I did my best to find the most expensive set in hopes of avoiding pretty much all the above bullet points. Womp. Guess I'll have to wait for something better to hit the market, these are definitely going back.

Neat Idea, Terrible Execution
These dice are very poorly designed. They feel much too light and are very unbalanced, and this would make them bad enough, but their biggest problem is how charging works. The dice charge through metal contacts on one of their faces which mate with pogo pins in the charging case. The contacts are quire large and make it hard to read the numbers on the faces they're placed on, and their asymmetric design means you have to place the die in the charging case not only with the correct face pointing down, but also in the correct rotation (keeping in mind you're doing this with the connectors facing AWAY from you so you have to mentally flip the geometry to get it right). It's extremely fiddly and very easy to get wrong, in which case they won't charge. After a fair bit of practice, it still takes about 45-60 seconds to put away the dice properly. That may not sound like a lot of time, but it is extremely annoying considering wireless charging of the sort which electric toothbrushes have been using for decades would have made this a non-issue.At least I can give the case credit for using USB-C instead of Micro-B... Still, it's an awful lot of fumbling with things for an end result that simply isn't worth the effort.

Loved These
I bought these as a gift for a teenage boy, and he loved them. He has them on display in his room. He won't be using them as dice because they are so nice. They are easy to charge, and look good when lit up. Very glad I made this purchase.
