Learning Resources Primary Science Viewscope

Exactly as pictured. Sturdy and easy to use. Good magnification and will hopefully keep my 4 year old occupied for a long time.

Great item for 4 year olds. Mine love it and keep looking for items to put under it.plus it looks like it will be hard to break

This is an ideal microscope for a young child as it's so simple to use...my 3 yo loves it...I would suggest that may be too basic for an older child though.

This bug scope is a simple scope to use. It has a single eyepiece which is slightly difficult for a child (my grandson is 7).The shame is that it doesn't have a light source so some things are difficult to view.Good fun all the same and very light weight so portable for the garden!

The glass came smeared internally, the unit itself is robust.

Great microscope for 3- 6 year olds. We've enjoyed looking at spiders, moths, magic sand, shells....really gets the kids (and the parents) interested in the world around them

Nice idea, I thought this looked great, but it just doesn’t work. You can just about see things through it if you use as a microscope. If you take it off the base it’s useless. I couldn’t get it to focus on anything.

Viewscope is fabulous, My great grand daughter and I have had great fun looking close-up at green fly, insect eggs, leaves and flowers. Magnification is very good and the scope is easy for a small child to manage.

Me gustó el modelo, está muy bonito, material super resistente. Mi niño tiene 3 años, le gustó mucho, solo que como que lo agarra muy rudo y le cuesta trabajo utilizarlo, se recarga en el y pues se despega el lente de la base, pero es porque el no mide su fuerza, no es tan cuidadoso aún.Lo recomiendo para un bebe un poco mas grande de 3 años o para jugar, porque realmente no he logrado que enfoque bien y vea bien las muestras con el.Me costó trabajo enfocar el lente.

I bought this to put on a preschool science centre. I don't really like how the microscope can come on or off. That would be great if we needed to take it outside but for what we used it for it just encouraged the kids to mess around with it LOL. This company also makes one where the microscope can't be removed and that one worked better for what we were using it for. However, they are both well-made and stand up to lots of use from lots of different kids everyday.

Había comprado este microscopio para mi sobrino que vive en Canadá el año pasado y le ha encantado. Lo pedi para mi niña para Navidad. Me gusta pero tiene tendencia a bajarse sola la parte azul de arriba que sirve para ajustar la vista. No se si es un defecto o si es así... Voy a preguntar a mi sobrino en Canadá...
