ARCTICMX-6 (2 g) - Ultimate Performance Thermal Paste for CPU, Consoles, Graphics Cards, laptops, Very high Thermal Conductivity, Long Durability, Non-Conductive

I upgraded my Ryzen 5 to a Ryzen 9 & wanted to have the theraml paste coverage & cooling needed for this. I went with this stuff for that. I am happy that I did.Not only was this easy to apply, it is holding up very well. It is a couple months on there. Granted, all of my thermal paste is on there for years, so that test will come at a much later date. So far, so good.I do like that it came out rather smoothly. I was going to use "my normal" stuff, but had read about this thermal paste from Artic. Seeing as there are a few changes to chip & what over time, as well as a shipping issue, I went with this paste. I so far, am glad that I have.I only have small bursts of extra heat after playing an intense video game. Considering I do some intense art work, that's pretty darned good.Bottom line, if you're looking for some high end thermal paste for your build, I suggest this. It goes on easy, & with the removal stuff, comes off quite smoothly & very well.

I used this to help reduce the aircraft carrier sound of my PlayStation 4 Pro. Almost 3 months later (covering 2 long games that are 3D intensive, including God of War), still silent as can be. Barely even know the fan is on. Was easy to apply, and didn't need to worry about shorting anything on the board, since it is not electrically-conductive. Great product, great price. Would highly recommend to others, especially since I reviewed everything else on the internet for use on the PS4 Pro and already evaluated the pros and cons of all the other options. This is a choice I don't regret.

Positives:-Reduced my idle temperatures from 42°C to 37°C (a drop of 3-5°C).-Easy and precise application with the syringe-The 2g tube provides enough paste for multiple applications (potentially up to three uses).Negatives:-The thermal paste's viscosity could be a little better for optimal spreading.After switching to the ARCTIC MX-6 thermal paste, I noticed a substantial improvement in my CPU's performance. The idle temperature dropped from 42°C to a cool 37°C, which is a significant difference that can contribute to better overall efficiency and longevity or overclock thermal headroom.The paste spreads remarkably well, making the application process straightforward for anyone, regardless of skill level. I believe the 2g option is more than sufficient for a single application, and with careful spreading, you could easily use it for up to three different applications. Overall, the ARCTIC MX-6 stands out as an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their cooling performance especially if upgrading from an old pre-applied thermal paste.

Got this thermal paste to use in a PS4. It was overheating and it was loud like a jet engine. Since using it, there has been no more over heating and console is very quite. Can't even tell that it's turned on. I'm not sure how putting thermal paste on the processor helps with noise but it did so I'm happy.

It is the best option in quality and especially in price, do not hesitate to make the purchase

I got this to repaste the 3-year-old thermal paste underneath the huge Noctua heatsink+fan, in hopes there might be at least some noticeable temp difference compared to original Noctua's thermal paste that came with that heatsink. Unfortunately, there wasn't any. Literally 0 degrees difference using same benchmarks. So, unless your original thermal paste application was awful - don't expect any temp difference, at least when original thermal paste was good quality and it was properly applied.On the positive side, I do appreciate higher viscosity compared to previous MX-4 thermal paste. It makes this paste harder to spread manually but it also makes it more resistant to pump out, which is always a nice thing and very important in devices such as laptops or gaming consoles.

This thermal paste did a great job with my new 9800x3d temps! I would definitely order more of this again, but I won't need to for a long time because of the generous amount in one tube!

Stuff at the edge of the tube had oxidized a bit so it didn't quit flow as much but after a sec it was fine. This tube is plenty even for the modern chipset form factors. Great value. If you're looking for every last drop of performance go grizzly or something watch gamer nexus for their analysis.
