Using this pillow has controlled my leg pain, allowing me to fall asleep and stay asleep as much as possible. The design and contours are a perfect fit - works so much better than a bulky bed pillow. It's compact, comfortable and soft, but firm enough to do the job. The stretchy strap is a great idea and holds the pillow in place as you toss and turn. lol! Sometimes it makes a good neck-head pillow for reading in bed.

I bought this knee pillow after months of waking up with lower back and hip pain, and I honestly wish I had tried one sooner. I’m a side sleeper, and I never realized how much my alignment was affecting my sleep until I started using this. The pillow fits comfortably between my knees and stays in place throughout the night instead of sliding out or flattening. It’s firm enough to provide real support but still soft and comfortable, so it doesn’t feel like I’m sleeping with a block between my legs. After just a few nights, I noticed less stiffness in the morning, and now it’s something I genuinely can’t sleep without. It’s simple, well-made, and actually delivers on what it promises.

Helps back but difficult to keep in place during night.

This is quickly healing my hip bursitis! I've never had luck with knee pillows before because they fall off. With the strap on this one if it moves during the night it is still attached to my leg so easy to get back into position. Very comfy!

Don't get me wrong it is not a bad product... I sleepmwith it every night The leg strap its nice but it can be a problem with it moves around But the real issue why put a zipper if you cant take the cover off to wash it The center hole does not come apart and the outside zipper doesn't completely unzip So I enclose mine in a pillow case and it works out ok

Excellent product since I bought it, my centuries of sleep have improved a lot, thanks to the fact that it helps me keep my back in balance.

Having lower back pain for quite awhile, I thought I’d give this little pillow a try. Once getting used to it, finally slept really well without pain. The next day I walked around with just a little pain, after 3 nights the pain was nearly gone. Highly recommended. I did not stick my leg through the loop, as i get up to go to the bathroom, and didn’t want to stop to take it off. LOL. It came in a small box, cut the plastic wrap and it puffed up big. Very comfortable

Another great product at a great price. This is my second knee pillow since the first worn out after about 15 years of use. This new pillow has a hole in center plus strap which makes it easier to grab hold of. For side sleepers this is a must have to separate knees and help aline back and neck when asleep. Pillow has a very dense but soft foam core which maintains its shape, and a removable via zipper outer cover of woven fabric which is washable. Again its a great price and does the job.

The pillow did not come with the strap as shown in the image and advertised....I am dissatisfied

Super prático e deu certinho. Chegou antes do prazo. Gostei muito.

Me gusta mucho que traiga una listón para asegurar el cojín entre las piernas y así no se cae ni se mueve, aunque uno cambie de posición. El cojín es muy útil para dormir de lado y descomprimir las vértebras. Verdaderamente uno descansa al usarlo cuando uno está recostado.
