Nonstick Heavy Duty Tart Pan With Removable Bottom, Removable Loose Bottom Quiche Pans, Pie Pan (9.5" X 2")

Alton Brown uses this no stick tart pie pan with removable bottom to make his Super Apple Pie featured on an earlier show of Good Eats. A lot of tart pans are not deep enough. This one is perfect for a pie and not just a tart. Having the higher depth gives you more creative options for whatever it is you are trying to make. The non stick is working great. Used many times already. I never knew how valuable having a removable bottom was to the success of the pie bake. An hour out of the oven, stick the pie on small bowl upside and gently tap the top sides of the pan. It comes right off and doesn't take any pie crust with it. This allows the pie to cool properly OUT of the pan. Wow. And Alton's recipe is the bomb too, so...:)

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She needed a larger size tart pan. It fit the bill perfectly! The tart came out easily. The pan is sturdy and doesn’t feel like it would bend or warp easily. Very good purchase.

The idea of this pan is great, but the store bought pie crust are too small togo all the way up the sides.

Bought this pan to replace my old one. Its even better has a non stick feature and bakes my apple cake and crumb perfectly! Bought another to give to a friend.

I bought this a a gift and she loved it. I also loved the dessert it was used for. The pan is sturdy and does not flex too much. The bottom pops out which makes removing the dessert so easy and also helps you to clean the pan more easily. The ridges can be tedious to clean but for the most part it washes out quickly. Cant really avoid that though if you want that wavy crust. Would highly recommend this product!

My Thanksgiving pies turned out great. Pan worked well. Seems like very good quality. We will see how it holds up!

This is a very good well made tall sided tart tin. It is ideal for making deep pies. Having a loose bottom it is easy to get the pie out of the tin. The non stick seems to be fine .As I hand wash I can’t say whether or not it would be ok in a dishwasher. A good article and not expensive

It’s a much better size than the tins I have. Very good shape and size for ready rolled pastry. Loose bottomed. Looking forward to using it
