My perfect travel companion for flight from Texas to California
I purchased this chair 2 weeks before my trip from Texasto California to visit my son. I was nervous that it would not make it in time and contacted the seller who was very prompt in responding and reassuring me that the chair would be on time. They delivered just as they said and I immediately took the chair out of the box and it was a breeze to set up. This chair gave me so much freedom during my travel. I was able to drive the chair right up to the plane, remove the lithium ion batteries and placed them in a zip lock bag as mentioned in another review. The flight attendant stored the batteries in a closet at the front of the plane so that I would not have to worry about them. The chair was placed underneath and was ready for me at the door when we arrived at our destination. I had to change planes at DFW and this chair allowed me the ability to transfer myself. I zipped through the airport and onto the tram to the next terminal and gate with plenty of time to spare. Now one thing I would like to note and I am not sure why, but when I arrived in Dallas the battery power seemed to go down significantly. I had placed the batteries in the same giant zip lock bag so I am not sure if them touching each other had anything to do with this or if I possibly put one of the batteries in wrong. I made it to my gate a little nervous along the way but the flight attendant allowed me to plug in while I waited at the gate. On the second jot of my trip I decided to put the batteries in 2 separate bags and when I arrived at LAX I seemed to have plenty of battery power left. Something to think about when storing the batteries during the flight, take 2 separate zip lock bags for storage and by the way you need the giant ones. This was the only issue that I had on my trip. The chair is very stylish and I got many compliments on the looks, weight and freedom this little chair gave me. It's a little slower than my scooter, but I was on vacation so no need to hurry. I managed to roll my Innuovo down the Santa Monica Pier and along a couple miles of the bike/walking path that runs between Santa Monica and Venice Beach. It was amazing to not have to be pushed around by my son and just casually roll beside him as we strolled the beach together. My son found the chair very easy to set up and lift in and out of his car. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well it fit inside his apartment and even fit through his bathroom door, making life a whole lot easier for this one legged mama. Overall I would purchase this chair again and again. If they ever do an upgrade to make it a little faster I would do so. If you are thinking about the perfect chair to travel with then you have found the right one!

Easy to Transport
This is a good little wheelchair, it has its limitations but makes life easier for all day trips when you're not up to extended travel using a walker, I'm 66 years old and can load this in the back of our SUV for my husband who's disabled without risking life and limb, it's 43 lbs, It's great on sidewalks, forget gravel, you'll be spinning your wheels, the batteries hold a good charge so that's a plus, I'd say our main complaint is the back up "siren"... incredibly load beeping that can;t be disconnected and will wake up the whole house and put the dogs running! But seriously it it a very comfortable compact chair (compared to full size mobility chairs that require a handicap van) that will get you around quickly and smoothly, it has easy to use controls and is overall a good value for the price. I would recommend. This was delivered quickly, with no issues what so ever.

Electric chair - Truly portable and works great
My daughter has MS and is having trouble walking long distances. We purchased this to give her more mobility and it was a great decision. It only weighs 50 pounds and it is so easy to fold and load in the back of her SUV. We purchased a second battery, but so far she has not used it. She took the chair to 6 flags and used it all day without having to change batteries. Both batteries are stored on the chair. One is used to power the chair and the second is available to swap when the first one runs out. Swapping the batteries is easy and connecting the charger is also very simple. We learned of the chair from a couple on cruise we were on and they spoke very highly of it.The only thing I would like to see changed are the wheels to a softer rubber, but she loves the chair just as it is.I highly recommend this for an electric wheelchair to be used for easy portability, quick setup and solid construction.

Stopped working after 1 use
The wheelchair was amazing the first time I used it. Comfortable and easy to maneuver. Folding and unfolding was difficult the first time because the directions tell you everything except that you need to fold the arms away before you fold it and you can’t leave the cushion in place. The main issue is that after unpacking it in my living room and waiting for both batteries to charge, I finally got to try it out. It was awesome. Loaded into my car so that our next trip out, I would have it ready to go. I took the batteries out and kept them in the house. Finally go out to do some shopping and unload the chair. Install the batteries and press the power button….nothing! Thought maybe the batteries lost their charge, so we loaded it back up. Came home and charged the batteries again. Blue light means charging and green light is done charging. Next trip out, take the chair out, install batteries, push power button…nothing! This was such a waste of time and energy. I can’t believe that an electric wheelchair that cost $1600.00 was garbage. Now I have to wait for a refund and then start searching for a new wheelchair. I would not recommend this chair to anyone who has an immediate need, luckily I don’t have to have the wheelchair permanently yet. I was trying to be proactive and have it for when I need it. Don’t waste your time or your money on this product!
