Seems easy to use but too early to give an honest opinion

First of all, this device is very simple to use. All you need to do is place it over your knee, adjust the strap so it is secure, plug it in and press the on button.Once the device is on, you have a few options available to you: set the light to constant or pulsing, and you can adjust the amount of time the device will run.Once on, the device is very, very comfortable. It's nicely padded and it looks very modern when on your knee too. You can have it on bare skin or you can have it on other clothes.So, everything to this point has been good! My only real caveat to all this is, I just don't know whether it's doing anything positive in terms of healing. The red light shines from the unit, but after a couple weeks using it, I've not noticed much improvement. You certainly can't feel it doing anything whilst it's on.Jury's still out on this one, but the device itself is comfortable and well-made.

Had this for a week, was working fine ad did make a difference to my knee pain. Today I turned it on, it keeps flicking on and then off and then small amount of smoke came out of the device and I could smell burning.Not turning it back on. Sent back, be careful.

My son is in his thirties and has suffered from painful knees for years. His injuries were mostly due to sports and falling off his bicycle when younger. However, a year ago a car knocked him off his electric bike and his right knee was shattered. The heating pulse mode penetrated deeply providing instant relief from pain and the red light therapy seemed indeed to promote healing. After just a few days the results were clear. His pain was greatly relieved and he was able to move with ease. We have yet to test it over a long period but so far we’re hugely impressed with the results and remain astonished at the thought that at last, we might truly have an answer.I would highly recommend this product it provides relief and hope. The price is cheap when you consider how much the device can transform your life.

The massager was delivered in a well-constructed gift box and contained, other than the main unit, a power plug and an instruction booklet. On first examination, the product looks and feels like a quality piece of kit.The unit produces three different wavelengths, 630nm, 660nm and 880nm of which the first two will have a penetration depth of some 3cm reaching the subcutaneous tissues and aids in the production of collagen. This can help with pain and inflammation relief caused by sporting injury or simply just wear and tear. The higher powered 880nm can penetrate even deeper producing a larger irradiation area and being more effective in the treatment of muscle recovery, the healing of wounds and arthritis.The massager is quite comfortable to wear and at only 300 grams in weight is hardly noticeable during operation. Securing the unit to the person is by means of a comfortable Velcro strap. Controls on the device are very simple and are all touch sensitive, with an on/off switch, a mode selection button and a timer.The mode control gives you two choices, either ‘C’ for continuous beam or ‘P’ which stands for Pulse and does just that, delivers the treatment in quick bursts. The timer settings, of which 30 minutes is the default, can be programmed to range from the shortest at 5 minutes, in 5 minute increments up to 1 hour.The included instruction book has a handy treatment guideline table on page 9 giving suggested treatment times, frequency etc. for particular types of injury and is a great help when first starting out with the massager.In summary, this is a very comfortable way to achieve pain relief as over the last 4 days of treating a knee injury sustained in the workplace i've had noticeable results

First impressions are a nicely packed product, and seems to be solidly made.The idea of the Knee Massager is to strap it to the knee via velcro straps, stays in place with no issues.It’s surprisingly comfortable, not something I’d want on for hours but was something that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable.The idea is to expose the knee to light rays, these will stimulate the skin, and the heat will relieve some pain in the knee same as a heat pad would.I do doubt that something like this does your knee a lot of good, I love a warm pad on my knees, and a gentle massage, this didn’t give me as much warmth as a heat pad but did make my knee fell like something was going on, long term only time will tell.Priced at just under £109 it not cheap, you’d have to be convinced on the benefits to spend that type of money.I like this, it has left me feeling like my knee has had some treatment, only time will tell if this does anything to my knee that I damaged 20 plus years ago .
