Nonexistant support
The clock has some issues with the time zones. When the clock is in the mode where the last display displays the weather and date, both were incorrect. I sent 3 emails and 1 Facebook message to support, all of which went unanswered. I had to return the clock for that reason.

Failed after 35 days
I purchased this product and it stopped working less than 1 week after the return window closed. Save your money. Now I have a very expensive paperweight.

Does not hold time and failed after 18 months with smoke.
Issues with time zones, weather display mode did not work properly and it lost time. Had to connect it to a computer every month or so to resync the time. After about a year and 1/2 the chip in the front left corner started glowing and smoked. Totally dead now.
