The soccer boards are bad do not buy this. They do not stand behind it.
The circuit boards are bad. Do not buy this product.

wish they had provided more parts
wish they had provided more parts, i have to drive 100miles one way for parts so it IS a BIG deal. - Black gas pipe fittings - could be done by letting a person specify RIGHT or LEFT side when ordering. - water drainage could come hooked up by specifying RIGHT or LEFT when ordering. - Electric hook-up - made easier by just installing an outlet receptacle on furnace, then provide a double male plug power cord to plug into wall socket. - 50' Thermostat wire already hooked up to furnace would be really easy to do. - furnace should come with the return air hole already cut out.

Price per unit is a little bit higher than some other places but ends up being cheaper with the free delivery. Ordered 4 units and they all came in perfect condition. Delivery was easy and seller made sure to communicate details to the driver. The 60000 btu units are great as well. Commonly selected by many hvac installers.
