In my experience with this carrier, it does not hold a 16.9 oz water bottle with a lot of movement. I work freight in a big box/warehouse style store and I have had a lot of trouble with my bottle falling out or rotating on the clip. A lot of movement will force the bottle out. IMO, the carrier needs to be a couple of inches taller for a water bottle, 12 oz cans would be a better fit for this carrier/holder for a lot of movement.

Great holder for standard size plastic water bottles like Poland Soring. Clips to belt quickly and securely and unclips just as easily.Some reviewers say it won't hold up but it seems to me you should be able to get at least a couple of years of use out of it. Well worth thr price. Great for walks or hiking.

The belt clip is very loose, and tips easily - which dumps your water bottle out. It works fine for short, small water bottles while clipped to a backpack strap. I tried it on my belt, clipped to my pocket, on my waistband, and nothing got it to stay stable enough to keep a water nottle in place while walking normally.

This product works well and preforms as stated.. Like that my water is always where i place it (on my hip). I believe that if supplier had just moved the plastic belt clip a little higher on the backing it would balance perfectly. With a full bottle of water (16oz) it rolls some until a third empty.. The supplier does state this info in the description on page though, so you know what you get ahead of time.. This would have been a five rating. But honestly is always the best policy ay... If it breaks I will get another for sure..

I was very excited to get this but quickly became disappointed. While it had a sturdy clip on it, it did not fit well in athletic shorts, only when I was wearing a rather think belt did it stay in place. It only held a small water bottle and even a bottle the size of a Dasani water bottle was too big. Then on day one, it ripped. Great idea, bad planning.
