My wife suffers from Rhinosinusitis, we keep trying to find ways to reduce the histamines. Hoping these might help.

Quick delivery. Pack shaped to fit in letterbox. Easy to swallow. 250mcg so easy to titrate dose.

Great Immune support
I am 82 and a medical friend recommended Quercetin as a good immune system support. Certainly seems to work for me. These are also good value for money and can be dropped through letter box. Pity the container is plastic would have preferred something more environmentally friendly.

This product did not have a good interaction with my body. I binned it after a couple of uses.

Can't really tell if they made a difference or not, don't feel better or worse . Perhaps I didn't need them.
