I don’t like fruit tea - but this was actually tasty and cheaper from others. With all my other children I gave birth at term or after term. With the previous one I had ‘start/stop’ labour in the last 3 weeks so many times - that I was mentally exhausted and when the real labour started - quite worried and tired. This time I decided to use the raspberry leaf tea to avoid such situation. My son was born at 38+2 - actually sooner then I wanted. But I definitely didn’t have the false labour this time. I didn’t drink more than 2 cups a day in the last few weeks - but I also had raspberry leaf tablets which I took 2 a day. Having said that- I am very active and I have been active throughout the entire pregnancy- so could be partially responsible, I did exercises to ensure child was in a good position as well ( because my previous was posterior). So overall tasty tea, good value and I’m pretty sure helped to induce my labour.
