Saved me from buying a newer Jack.
I have a10 year old Craftsman 3 ton jack that has always worked great but I needed to increase my jack height for an exhaust manifold replacement. I had been looking at getting a newer 3 to 4 ton jack but most of them now have a dual piston design which tend to leak quicker over time. Then I spotted this Jack extension that would fit my drop-in style jack. I can now safely get 5 - 6 more inches of height for this exhaust job. I use my front and back mid mount points on the sub-frame. The front end of my SUV, there is a clearance issue so I have to jack it up using the main attachment and set it on Jack Stands, then I add the 6" extension to jack it up to the height I need. The rear end I can use the 6" extension right away and set it to the height I need. Product is sturdy, works great, and saved me money!!!

Buy it. Works better than wood and safety is crucial.
Design is fantastic. I used it in junction with my Napa 3.5 ton floor jack making great value for the little higher cost. Lifted my 96 f250 no problem, the multiple sizes helps lift incrementally and maintain safety. If I needed another wouldn’t think twice. Great product. Fast shipping.

Game changing and a huge money saver.
(this review is for the bolt on version) I have 4 vehicles in my household of all heights. Recently I had my 4x4 lifted....little was I thinking, my jack wouldnt go high enough so I could put the wheel adapters on! Yeah, I found a cutting of a 4x4 fence post and used it, but dangerous! I did learn that my jack stands were plenty tall enough and...that I wasn't going to jack it up like that again!! I knew about this kit already and saw a video on YouTube of a guy trying to make it fail while jacking up a jeep. I didn't buy on Amazon, I bought from the manufacturers web site. Pictures tell all. Great machining on the bolt adapter, inner of the tube shows the distribution of weight will go down to the jack, and there are multiple heights to use. I only needed about 4" to get my tires off the ground, but this is a great take-along on a 4x4 expedition! Most of all, I now can use the same jack for my lowest and highest vehicle!
