I’ve just used this product on my washing machine and dishwasher . I had to research more for the instructions for the dishwasher . Basically it’s half a bottle the dosage . I very carefully put the powder in tablet compartment in my dishwasher, and put on the cycle -machine care . Wow ! Machine was shiny - smelt fresh . Prior to this I was having problems with smells . (Wet dog smell ) on my dishes . Now I’m going to load the dishwasher with some dishes . Will come back and comment after its first wash , hopefully (wet dog smell ) has gone ! Same for washing machine - very easy to use . Emptied the bottle which is 100g into drawer compartment as per advice from instructions. Machine a drum rubber seal is spotless and smells fresh . Again I will further update once I do a load of washing and dishes ! *Update - Dishwasher/kept the ‘wet dog ‘ smell away ! Still smells nice and Clean . Washing machine - I found there was a faint smell on my clothes - like cleaning fluid - very faint but absolutely okay this was Only for the first initial wash after the cleaner . Still it’s well worth purchasing . It’s on my subscribe and save list now !

My washing machine had developed an unpleasant whiff so after some internet research I’d thought I’d try a cleaning product. Wow, so much choice and the reviews were a mixed bag so I decided to give this a product a try based on previous positive experiences with the brand. The box arrived and contained two bottles of the cleaner - I missed this in the product description and was only expecting one, so chuffed. It was very to use, pour into the dispenser drawer, and run the machine on a hot wash - simples. The instructions also suggested wiping the seals after use as residue can gather. I checked the seal and was surprised by the amount of gunk - where had it all come from? Anyways, the problem of a whiffy machine seems to be solved thanks to this product and I still have a second bottle of the cleaner in case I need it. Overall this was a very positive experience, so easy to use and no silly high odour fragrances like some products that I read about (the strong lemon smell luring you in to a false sense of security - only for it to wear off and the whiff return). Right, been having issues with a Beko washing machine. Poor drainage and spin cycles jumping like mad. Also had so much foam in the machine that you could have a 90’s foam party with all your pals in it! Waked 1 bottle in the main wash tray for detergent ( far left on Beko) . Put on cotton wash at 60 degrees for 1 and a half hours. Cleaned the machine a treat - put on a drum clean wash after too. Machine like new!

After one clean it smelled very chemically which was expected by it left some grime behind and we had to do a hot wash clean after as well. But it did what it says in the tin !

Dishwasher started making a loud humming sound and started to vibrate during washing cycles. Internet search suggested either failing pump or blocked filter/pipes. Hoping for the latter I cleaned all accessible filters, ran high temperature washes and even tried a supermarket dishwasher cleaner but all made no difference. Found this HG deep cleaner. After a high temperature wash with it, following instructions the vibrations stopped as did the humming. Just to be sure whatever the blockage was fully cleared gave it a second wash with the HG cleaner. Dishwasher now working perfectly and as quiet as it was when new. So yes this HG cleaner does work. Would highly recommend.

Only used this once on my washing machine, first time putting washing in today without any smell from the pipes, so I am pleased with this product.

Just moved into a new place and wanted to give the washing machine a proper clean. Used this HG cleaner and had to run it twice to get the job done. The first cycle loosened a lot of grime, but there was still some residue coming out afterward. Second time did the trick. The machine smells fresher now, but it wasn’t a one-and-done solution for a heavily used washer. Still, it works. Just be ready to repeat if it’s a deep clean you’re after.

Two uses as a trial for the dishwasher...works great but I can't figure out why one load dishwasher/automatic washer cleaner and disinfectant has a premium price tag? A dishwasher is Hardy a luxury any more that could garner a premium price.

Works well but contains very corrosive components. Be safety conscious when using and it will do the job and you won't have a problem.

Product worked great once I applied powerful leaf blower to clear the dw's recesses.

Don’t waste your money on this, easier to disconnect the hose In the back and clean it manually. Google a video on cleaning your washer pump while you’re at it. This product makes your washing machine smell nice for a few days and that’s it.
