Great tablets for what they are
Came to these from some other similar multivitamins. Problem with previous was the massive size of the tablets/capsules which made it awkward to take (I don't have issues taking tablets normally). These covered the same bases in a much more throat friendly size and shape.

Don’t feel any different

Feel fitter - even with passing luminous ‘output’! :-)
I take these for my general health and do feel that they seem to help to make me feel good (and younger!)Don’t be worried, or surprised, when you pass bright, luminous yellow urine…it’s just the vitamins (I find it quite amusing, now - and it help to confirm I’ve taken them!)

Vitamins and Omega 3.
Easy to hit your vitamin, mineral and omega 3 target. The vitamin pill is relatively small, oval shaped and easy to swallow. The omega 3 is a larger capsule which is also easy to swallow.

Turns your urine bright yellow!
It’s hard to assess multivitamins as their benefits alongside a healthy diet are difficult to measure. They certainly seem like a good tablet as well as the fish oil tablet. However…what on earth are they colouring these tablets with? Urine looks like sunny delight. It’s almost fluorescent. For that reason alone I will never buy again.
