How much weight can it hold?

Im not sure how much weight it can hold...I would say three average sized adults...but do not buy this product ..it is not what you see in the ad...it is difficult to assemble and cheap and shoddy material..the back is held by a metal pole and the whole thing rocks if you sit a little too hard on it...the back pillows are lumpy and we are very disappointed ..definantly not for families and not worth the money...we complained to the company and never got a reply and it was more than 10 days late as well...not a good purchase.

What is the return policy/exchange policy of the item is received as damaged?

They send another one (thhey also picked up the damaged one)

Are the cushions supported by a metal spring system?

Yes however the cushions do get worn out pretty easily and can become uncomfortable.

I have never got a bed from this seller, however the sofa is no good and it’s like my grandma always said “you get what you pay for” she was right! Honestly I use it for storage when I’m working.
